Cybernef Technologies is a software company delivering high-performance services and security-focused products across global markets. We’re currently scaling up and are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager with 3–4 years of experience in the IT industry to lead our expansion across freelancing platforms and remote job networks.
This role is strictly onsite at our Lahore office and is ideal for someone serious about long-term growth and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow company profiles on platforms like Upwork, Toptal, PeoplePerHour, etc.
- Identify and apply for high-value remote and freelance projects
- Write tailored proposals and drive successful lead conversion
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Explore new B2B sales channels and international outreach
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope projects accurately
- Report on weekly KPIs and lead pipeline performance
Primary Objectives
- Generate leads and revenue from new freelancing and remote platforms beyond Upwork
- Register and maintain company presence on platforms like Toptal, AngelList, RemoteOK, and Contra
- Acquire more projects in:
- AI/ML & Cybersecurity
- UI/UX Design
- Full-Stack Web & App Development
Performance Expectations
- Meet and exceed revenue and lead generation targets
- Maintain KPIs including lead volume, conversion rate, proposal response time, and platform activity
- Lead, support, and monitor the broader business development team
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of relevant Business Development experience in the IT industry
- Strong familiarity with platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, and PeoplePerHour
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with both in-person and video meetings
- Must be available for full-time onsite work (Lahore)
