Business Development Manager

Sazgar Engineering Works Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and execute growth strategies for its 3-wheeler vehicle segment. Based in Lahore, the role involves overseeing client satisfaction, driving expansion into new markets, and optimizing existing business operations across various regions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, improving existing practices, forecasting growth strategies, and managing the dealer network. The position demands a strategic mindset, strong market knowledge, and effective leadership to meet the company’s goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels across different regions.

• Analyze current business growth practices and suggest improvements.

• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through strategic planning.

• Conduct regular market research and stay updated on market trends.

• Contribute to both short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

• Represent the company at trade shows and events.

• Lead the development and expansion of the dealer network for the 3-wheeler segment.

• Prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations.

• Handle additional tasks within the general scope of the managerial post.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Studies, Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role.

• Deep understanding of the 3-wheeler vehicle market, customer segmentation, and regulatory landscape.

• Experience in global and local sourcing, vendor development, and contract management.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
