Digital Minds International Services (DMIS) is looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This role is perfect for someone who excels in communication, understands the dynamics of digital service platforms, and is passionate about building meaningful business relationships.

As a Business Development Manager at DMIS, your main responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, manage client communications, and ensure smooth project handling across freelance platforms like Fiverr and Upwork. You should be confident in handling meetings via Zoom or Google Meet, clearly conveying project details, and following through with task management to ensure high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual meetings using Zoom and Google Meet to engage with clients professionally

• Effectively manage client communications, expectations, and project transfers

• Present the company’s digital services in a compelling and structured manner

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities on freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork)

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in business development or client acquisition, particularly on Fiverr/Upwork

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with digital service offerings (e.g., web development, design, marketing, etc.)

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated and results-driven personality
