Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) & Pre-Sales Expert to join our consulting company specializing in Cloud Engineering, Data Integration, Data Science, AI, Managed Services, Enterprise Architecture, and Big Data Analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

· Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Cloud Engineering, Data Integration, Data Science, AI, Managed Services, Enterprise Architecture, and Big Data Analysis.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights, market trends, and client relationships to achieve sales targets and objectives.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and offering tailored solutions that address their requirements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and solution offerings that differentiate our services in the marketplace.

Pre-Sales Support:

· Serve as a subject matter expert on our consulting services and technical solutions, including Cloud Engineering, Data Integration, Data Science, AI, Managed Services, Enterprise Architecture, and Big Data Analysis.

· Provide pre-sales technical support to clients, conducting product demonstrations, solution workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase our capabilities and value proposition.

· Collaborate closely with sales teams to qualify leads, develop sales strategies, and navigate complex sales cycles to successfully close deals.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and insights to help them leverage technology for business transformation and competitive advantage.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

· Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics in Cloud Engineering, Data Integration, Data Science, AI, Managed Services, Enterprise Architecture, and Big Data Analysis.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning for our services.

· Develop and refine sales strategies, messaging, and value propositions based on market insights, client feedback, and business objectives.

Relationship Management:

· Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the sales process and beyond.

· Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales support, fostering long-term client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (master’s degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or pre-sales roles within the technology consulting industry, with expertise in Cloud Engineering, Data Integration, Data Science, AI, Managed Services, Enterprise Architecture, and Big Data Analysis.

Strong technical acumen and understanding of cloud platforms, data integration technologies, machine learning algorithms, enterprise architecture frameworks, and big data analytics tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
