Business Development Manager

 

Description:

As a Business Development Manager specializing in LinkedIn Outreach and Cold Calling, you will play a crucial role in researching different BPO campaigns in the US and targeting Accounting Firms in the UK to generate new business for the company. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients via the LinkedIn platform, building effective communication channels, and setting appointments to discuss potential collaborations.

You will be required to make outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct extensive research on various BPO US campaigns and the UK market to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to reach out to key stakeholders of targeted campaigns and projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery, providing regular reports on sales activities to senior management.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Successfully set appointments with potential clients to discuss business opportunities and solutions.
     

Requirements
 

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on LinkedIn and BPO campaigns.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
  • Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn for outreach and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and set appointments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
