Business Development Manager

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Researching organizations and individuals online through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other mediums and providing data platforms to identify new leads/prospects.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Contacting potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, business proposals, etc. to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Manage leads and sales pipeline.
  • Must have experience in writing and be able to customize the proposals based on the projects.
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree with Min 3 years of Experience in the sales industry preferably in I.T Business Development.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work the night shift.
