Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our language institute. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to increase student enrollment, establish partnerships, and enhance the overall business presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.

Analyze data to formulate strategies that align with the institute's growth objectives.

Business Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase student enrollment for IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, and Writing Skills for CSS programs.

Create short-term and long-term business plans to achieve organizational goals.

Sales and Lead Generation:

Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing potential leads.

Implement sales techniques to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and corporate clients.

Partnership Building:

Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the institute's programs.

Collaborate with industry professionals and organizations to enhance the institute's credibility.

Marketing and Promotion:

Devise and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract prospective students.

Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional methods, to promote institute programs.

Client Relationship Management:

Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Gather feedback to continuously improve program offerings and services.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, enrollment trends, and other relevant metrics.

Utilize data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education or training sector.

Strong understanding of language proficiency exams such as IELTS, PTE, and CSS.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
