Business Development Manager

 

Description:

Digital Gravity is hiring a – Business Development Manager (Experienced in Digital Marketing Services and Website sales) for its Karachi office in the Morning shift 10 am to 7 pm.

 

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers of different companies and closing new high-ticket sales, managing the pipeline of your deals in CRM, reporting to the management, and implementing new closing strategies.

 

Day-to-day Responsibilities

 

● Efficiently managing new leads coming through Emails, Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Live Chat

● Working in close collaboration with the internal sales team

● Creating and implementing consistent follow-up strategies

● Explaining and showing updated services provided by us

● Developing good relationships with clients by making them feel comfortable and knowledgeable about our products

● Keeping track of every interaction with the clients on CRM

● Preparing reports and giving feedback on the existing pipeline of deals

● Upselling, negotiating contracts for better offers, and giving good service to the clients

● Creating day-to-day goals and working on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

 

Job Requirements

 

● Must have at least 2 years experience in high-ticket sales

● Outstanding communication, both, verbal and written

● Team-oriented and friendly personality

● Ready to take the extra mile with the effort to achieve tangible results

● Incredibly focused and dedicated to achieving more
