Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Business Developer to join our Dynamic Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating technology leads and converting them into successful client relationships. This role is perfect for someone who excels in writing compelling proposals and gigs for freelance platforms, managing agency profiles on these sites, and consistently meeting or exceeding business development KPIs.

Key responsibilities:

Lead Generation and conversion:

·       Identify and Cultivate potential clients in the technology sector.

·       Leverage networking and professional platforms to generate new leads.

·       Convert leads into client through effective communication and presentation Skills.

Proposal and gig Writing:

·       Craft persuasive and tailored proposals for various freelance platforms.

·       Create compelling gigs to attract potential clients.

·       Ensure proposals and gigs align with client needs and business objectives.

Agency Profiles Management:

·       Manage and optimize agency profiles on freelance platforms.

·       Keep profiles updated with recent projects client testimonials, and relevant skills.

·       Monitors and respond to client queries and requests on these Platforms.

Meeting KPIs:

·       Meet and exceed set KPIs for Business development activities.

·       Regularly reports on Business development progress and achievements.

·       Adapt strategies to change market Trends and client’s needs.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

·       Work closely with the marketing and Sales teams to align Business Development strategies.

·       Collaborate with project managers to ensure client requirements are met.

·       Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practise.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       At least 1year of experience in business development, preferably in the software or technology sector.

·       Proven Track record of generation leads and converting them into clients.

·       Excellent skills in writing proposal and managing profiles on freelance platforms.

·       Ability to work independently as a part of the team.

·       Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft office Suite.
