Roles and responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market and desk research to identify potential grants, funding, and collaboration opportunities that match the company's vision and mission

• Plan and conduct client meetings

• Develop full-scale concept notes, proposals and budgets per the client's requirement

• Ensure all documentation is available for submitting the proposals within the stipulated timeline

• Identify partnerships with organizations that can strengthen SEED’s network, develop MOUs to formalize partnerships, and follow up on relationships to ensure further development

• Develops and regularly updates a comprehensive business development plan with targeted goals, objectives, methods, quantifiable outcomes and timelines to achieve annual budget goals

• Analyze and identify the business case analysis scope and recommend solutions and improvements to business procedures

• Identifies business opportunities (i.e., long-term services, supports, and other evidence-based programs).

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in business, international relations, or any other related field

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Development

• Strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to strategically identify and pursue business opportunities.
