Sales and Revenue Growth:

Identify and engage with potential corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to create new sales opportunities.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Represent EL-MOMENTO at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Collect and utilize customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.

A passion for fine dining and an understanding of the restaurant industry is a plus.
