Description:

We offer Software related services (Websites, Software’s, CMS, and graphic designing), we are looking for bidding experts who could get business (software/website projects) from online portals and from direct marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals.
• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
• Lead generation that results in sales from.
• Daily communication with clients.
• Maintain very high rating on Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr etc. - This is very important for us.
• Maintain healthy relationship with the client(s).
• Meet monthly quota of projects.
• Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through Skype as well.
• Strong Follow-up skills and self-Motivated.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.

Skills Required
• Strong Negotiation Skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Proactive in embracing new challenges.
• Must have high-energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best and be self-motivated.
• Should have experience in generating sales through social media.
• Having prior experience of selling CMS web projects would be preferable.
• Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently.
