Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us grow our Digital Sector of our Agency.

You will be the front of the company and will have the all the decision making to create and apply an effective growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Contact clients and get them onboard.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Get more clients onboard

- Promote the company's products/services and predicting clients objectives.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-service support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements & Skills

- Experience in client servicing.

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Proven working experience as a business development manager in an Advertising agency, or a relevant role. With Proficiency in English

- Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Time management and planning skills
