StepIn Cyber is looking for young, talented and dynamic individuals for Business Development Manager (BDM) post.

Job Responsibilities

Have in-depth business development and winning experience on either of the portals like fiverr, upwork , freelancer, etc.

Responsible for writing and submitting a complete quality winning proposals to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget.
Have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs and to articulate how the company can best provide that.
Ensure all proposals are aligned with corporate brand guidelines and company bid management standards.
Ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible.
Strategic thinking and sales skills along with a keen eye for detail.
Thorough understanding of winning strategies.

Required Skills:
Technical Degree in IT or Management preferably Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science from a reputable university
At least 1 year of relevant working experience as a Proposal Writing on either of all outsourcing portals like Fiverr , Upwork, and more.
Able to read and interpret instructions carefully.
Excellent technical writing communication skills.
Fluent in English language.
Self-motivated, strong work ethics and attitude.
An excellent team player as well as individual performer.
