Description:
Innotec Engineering Services is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, preferably within the engineering, construction, or technical services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, company databases, online platforms, and other lead generation sources.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients and coordinate with the management team.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development materials when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
Meet monthly business development and lead generation targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM systems, and other lead generation tools.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Experience working with engineering, construction, or technical service companies is preferred.
Preferred Skills
B2B sales and client acquisition experience.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
Familiarity with international markets is an advantage.
