Position Summary

The Business Development Lead is a senior role responsible for overall business generation, client management, and development strategies. You will lead initiatives to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and ensure the organization meets its revenue and growth targets. This role demands a hands-on approach with client engagement, strategic planning, and occasional intercity travel to secure opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead and own business development strategies for B2B and B2C markets.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention.

Oversee business metrics, generate reports, and monitor KPIs to drive performance.

Conduct client meetings and site visits as required to close deals and grow revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Mentor and guide junior business development team members if needed.

 

Candidate Requirements

3–4 years of experience in business development, client management, or senior sales roles.

Proven track record in B2B and B2C business generation and client retention.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Comfortable with travel for business purposes as required.

Leadership ability and capacity to handle high-responsibility roles.
