💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels
- Assist in outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
- Support the sales team in follow ups
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain and update CRM records

🎯 Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or final semester students (Business, Marketing, or related fields)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Self motivated, confident, and eager to learn
