Description:

Fission Tech is seeking a self-motivated student/grad (Business, Marketing, Communications) to join our team. You'll actively bid on Upwork projects, draft proposals, manage client communication, and close deals.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
-Identify & land Upwork projects
-Craft winning proposals tailored to client needs
-Manage client communication & answer inquiries
-Collaborate with the team to understand services
-Close deals exceeding monthly revenue goals
-Track prospects & client interactions
-Provide market & project pricing feedback
