Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for sales and client engagement? We’re looking for a Business Development Expert / Upwork Bidder to help us scale our business by identifying and securing exciting new projects on freelance platforms.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✓ Daily bidding on Upwork and similar freelance platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)

✓ Writing custom, engaging proposals tailored to client requirements

✓ Generating quality leads and converting them into long-term clients

✓ Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

✓ Keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

✓ Identifying and bidding on relevant jobs consistently

✓ Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

✓ Collaborating with service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction

✓ Meeting sales targets and contributing to overall business growth

 

🔹 Requirements:

✓ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

✓ Understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Design, etc.)

✓ Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, CRM tools, Trello, or Slack

✓ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized

✓ Willingness to learn and grow with the team
