This a full-time onsite internship opportunity that is available in Eme Lahore, Pakistan. We're looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn business development executive intern to join our team. As an intern, you'll work on formulating and implementing marketing campaigns and have the chance to learn effective communication skills to drive company growth. This includes tasks like client research, data review, and management, as well as convincing and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Proposal Writing: Crafting compelling proposals to attract potential clients and secure business opportunities.
- Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong, enduring connections with both existing and prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Market Research: Conducting thorough research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Creating Marketing Plans: Developing strategies and plans for promoting services to potential clients.
- Implementing Marketing Campaigns: Executing planned marketing activities, and email marketing, to reach target audiences.
- Learning Effective Communication: Acquiring skills in communicating persuasively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Client Research: Investigating the needs, preferences, and behaviors of potential clients to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Data Review and Management: Analyzing data related to marketing campaigns, client interactions, and market trends to inform decision-making and improve strategies.
- Persuading Clients: Using persuasive techniques and effective arguments to convince potential clients of the value proposition offered by the company's services.
- Negotiating Deals: Engaging in discussions and negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements or deals.
Requirements:
- Freshly graduated or have 3 to 6 months of internship experience in a related field.
- Minimum bachelor's degree required; preference for 16 years of education in Business or Marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing campaigns, research and developments.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
