Description:
We’re looking for a Business Developer with 2-3 years of experience who can focused on lead generation and outreach. This role centers on finding and qualifying potential clients through LinkedIn and other job or business platforms, then creating consistent opportunities for the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, job platforms, and online marketplaces
● Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on ideal client profiles
● Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups to potential clients
● Track leads, responses, and outcomes in a CRM or tracking system
● Collaborate with sales or management to align leads with business goals
● Research companies, roles, and decision-makers to improve outreach quality
● Identify new platforms or channels for lead generation as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and Email outreach
● Experience with Staff Augmentation & B2B Model
● Familiarity with job platforms, freelancing marketplaces, or B2B directories
● Strong written communication skills for cold outreach
● Basic understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification
● Organized, consistent, and goal-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
● Experience with CRM tools
