Business Development Executive

 

Description:

At Convertt we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international client acquisition, lead generation, and professional sales communication, particularly within the IT or digital services industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate international leads.
  • Pitch Convertt’s services
  • Communicate professionally with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and create tailored proposals.
  • Prepare and send business proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activity and pipeline data.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

 

Required Skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in an IT or software services company.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with lead generation and proposal writing.
  • Ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Trello, GHL).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT/software).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
