At Convertt we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international client acquisition, lead generation, and professional sales communication, particularly within the IT or digital services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate international leads.
- Pitch Convertt’s services
- Communicate professionally with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and create tailored proposals.
- Prepare and send business proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activity and pipeline data.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Required Skills:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in an IT or software services company.
- Strong understanding of international markets and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with lead generation and proposal writing.
- Ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Trello, GHL).
- Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT/software).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
