Jillani SofTech is looking for a motivated, target-driven business development executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn client grabbing, and multi-channel lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with international clients, writing high-impact proposals, and driving consistent business growth.

🔹 Key responsibilities
Manage and execute Upwork bidding with high-quality, customized proposals
Actively grab clients from LinkedIn using outreach, messaging, and networking strategies
Generate leads via LinkedIn, freelance platforms, and other online resources
Identify and explore new lead generation channels (communities, forums, emails, referrals, etc.)
Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements
Negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client relationships
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery

🔹 Requirements
1–2 years of experience in business development or sales
Proven experience with Upwork bidding and LinkedIn client acquisition
Strong proposal writing, pitching, and communication skills
Experience dealing with international clients
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
