We help providers streamline operations, improve cash flow, and reduce administrative workload through services like Virtual Front Desk Support, Provider Credentialing, Insurance Verification, and Denial Management.

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base. This role focuses on acquiring new healthcare clients through outbound sales, cold calling, digital outreach, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with private practices, specialty groups, and clinics to introduce CureSync’s RCM and front office support services
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, text messaging, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare administrators
  • Present and tailor CureSync’s service offerings based on each practice’s specific operational and revenue challenges
  • Handle objections confidently and position CureSync as a long-term strategic partner
  • Coordinate proposals and pricing with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (healthcare, RCM, or BPO experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent negotiation ability
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and virtual client meetings
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and medical billing processes
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
