We help providers streamline operations, improve cash flow, and reduce administrative workload through services like Virtual Front Desk Support, Provider Credentialing, Insurance Verification, and Denial Management.
Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base. This role focuses on acquiring new healthcare clients through outbound sales, cold calling, digital outreach, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with private practices, specialty groups, and clinics to introduce CureSync’s RCM and front office support services
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, text messaging, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Schedule and lead discovery calls with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare administrators
- Present and tailor CureSync’s service offerings based on each practice’s specific operational and revenue challenges
- Handle objections confidently and position CureSync as a long-term strategic partner
- Coordinate proposals and pricing with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (healthcare, RCM, or BPO experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent negotiation ability
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and virtual client meetings
- Working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and medical billing processes
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
