The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our medical billing and revenue cycle management services. The successful candidate will identify and generate leads through strategic prospecting and targeted outreach. This role involves building meaningful client relationships, maintaining an updated CRM, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to present tailored solutions to healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Present the company’s medical billing solutions to prospects, focusing on value-added services that meet healthcare providers’ needs.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings with industry experts and higher management to foster business partnerships.
- Support the client onboarding process by facilitating communication between internal teams and healthcare providers.
- Develop customized proposals and quotations, collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database, tracking interactions and opportunities for follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights.
- Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails, social media outreach) to nurture client relationships and maximize conversion rates.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear and persuasive US accent.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in prospecting and client acquisition.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the US market, with a preference for candidates familiar with medical billing or revenue cycle management.
