Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is an expert at using LinkedIn for B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate knows how to find, qualify, and nurture high-quality B2B leads especially founders, CEOs, CTOs, and decision-maker using LinkedIn and modern outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and target B2B prospects on LinkedIn.
- Run daily LinkedIn outreach using messages, connection requests, and follow-ups.
- Craft personalized outreach messages tailored to industry and prospect type.
- Manage and update CRM with leads, notes, and follow-up activities.
- Generate qualified B2B leads for sales calls and conversions.
- Create and execute outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- Track KPIs such as connection acceptance rate, response rate, and booked meetings.
- Collaborate with the founder to refine ICP (ideal customer profile) and positioning.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithms and best practices.
- Assist in building outbound strategies for new markets or services.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, especially using LinkedIn.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Experience working with consulting agencies, software houses, or B2B service companies preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesloft, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- Understanding of ICP, segmentation, and outbound lead generation principles.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel, including prospecting, nurturing, and conversion stages.
