About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, growth-driven Business Development Executive who understands modern sales cycles, digital lead generation, and relationship-building strategies. If you’re passionate about closing deals, building partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth, this role is for you!

✨ Key Responsibilities

Lead Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Identify potential clients through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and cold calling).

Client Acquisition: Convert warm leads into paying clients through professional pitching and business presentations.

CRM Management: Maintain and track all leads, communications, and status updates using CRM tools.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to identify new business opportunities.

Proposal & Documentation: Create proposals, quotations, and business decks tailored to client requirements.

Relationship Management: Build long-term professional relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.

Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, KPIs, and performance updates.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and client needs.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in lead generation, outreach, and client onboarding
Tech-savvy with knowledge of business tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet monthly targets
