We are looking for an experienced BDE (Upwork Specialist) to join our Karachi office. If you can bring projects, win proposals, and handle international clients, we want you!

Location: Karachi (On-site)
Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Fixed + Commission

🔍 Responsibilities:

Manage & optimize our Upwork profile
Identify suitable projects and write winning proposals
Communicate with international clients
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business
Achieve monthly sales targets

✅ Requirements:

3–5 years of Upwork bidding experience
Excellent written & verbal English
Strong understanding of digital services (Print Design, Children Book, Graphic Design Services, UI/UX and Website Development)
Confident, active, and target-oriented
