Business Development Executive

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Developer (Upwork Bidder) for our Lahore office. The ideal candidate shall excel in writing customized proposals, estimating project costs and effectively communicating with clients and management. We are seeking a proactive individual who can identify opportunities at various digital platforms, secure projects and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing customized proposals based on the nature of the project.
• Online bidding on Upwork and other freelancing platforms and bringing in new business.
• Handling project price estimation, quotes and proposal creation.
• Communicating with clients and ensuring successful project closure.

Requirements:

• 1+ Years of experience of working with freelancing platforms.
• Proven track record of identifying and securing relevant projects.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Having solid understanding of software industry.
