We are hiring a Business Development Executive who can achieve a monthly target of $2,000, mainly through Upwork and other social media platforms.

💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: depend on exp
💸 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: 7.5% on the achieved $2,000 target

🔎 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆
We need someone who can consistently extract high-quality leads. This is not a “just bid anything” role you must understand the basics of Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Website Design & Development to identify real opportunities and avoid low-quality leads.

📝 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Generate qualified leads from Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and similar platforms
• Identify opportunities in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Web Design & Development
• Understand client requirements & prepare relevant proposals
• Maintain tracking through CRM or internal sheets
• Meet achievable daily/weekly lead targets
• Communicate clearly with the internal team

✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Proven experience in lead generation (Upwork preferred)
• Understanding of design & development niches
• Strong written communication skills
• Responsible, consistent, and target-driven
• Must be available for on-site evening/night shift
