🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage outbound calls, messages, and outreach to attract new clients
• Generate business through social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebbok, Instagram, and other digital platforms to boost sales and grow our client base.
• Handle professional email communication and generate business through effective email outreach.
• Craft and submit compelling project proposals
• Analyze client requirements and provide the right solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation
• Collaborate with the technical team for project strategies and smooth B2B communication
• Maintain regular reporting and follow-ups with clients
🔸 Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (IT Sales / BD preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Strong communication, proposal writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs & offer strategic solutions
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on target achievement
• Understanding of software industry trends and IT solutions
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
•Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media trends.
• Excellent client handling skills
