We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (LinkedIn / Sales Navigator / Apollo / Cold Emailing)
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to help scale our outbound lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality prospects, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Apollo.io for cold email outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for professional networking and multi-channel prospecting

- 0–3 years of hands-on Experience in Video Editing
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to research, build, and segment targeted B2B prospect lists.
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via Apollo: personalized emails, automated follow-ups, and inbox management.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach including profile optimization, connection messaging, and ongoing engagement with leads.
- Maintain strong communication with prospects to build trust and convert conversations into booked meetings.
- Track all outreach activities using Apollo/CRM dashboards to ensure accurate pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with management to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and campaign strategies based on performance data.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Apollo.io — list building, email sequencing, personalization, and deliverability best practices.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator — prospect searching, targeting filters, and outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling value-driven messages.
- English fluency and professional etiquette in client-facing communication.
- Ability to understand business goals and position solutions effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
