Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive experienced in managing and growing B2C digital profiles and client acquisition channels. You will play a key role in expanding our presence across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, RemoteOK, and other B2C hiring platforms. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2C business development, digital outreach, or online platform management.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore and secure approvals on new B2C platforms and build strong individual presences

• Create and manage multiple LinkedIn and Indeed company profiles for different niches and client segments

• Build, optimize, and maintain multiple developer or BD portfolios across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and RemoteOK

• Ensure all online profiles remain compliant, verified, and safe from suspension or restrictions

• Develop tailored resumes, service portfolios, and case studies based on target client profiles

• Actively search and apply for relevant opportunities on global B2C platforms

• Create and manage proposals, pitches, and follow ups to drive international client engagement

• Support outbound lead generation via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and B2C networking

• Track performance KPIs including calls booked, proposals sent, and conversions achieved

• Align weekly and monthly progress with the company’s strategic goals

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C business development or online platform growth

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, Glassdoor, and RemoteOK

• Understanding of digital marketing, cold outreach, and CRM usage

• Ability to build relationships with global clients and convert leads to long-term partnerships

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
