Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and science-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the key link between our company and B2B clients in the cosmetics and personal care industry, promoting our high-quality, organic, and natural raw material.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a Science field (e.g., Chemistry, Science, Pharmacy).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 0-6 months of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Pharma/Nutra industry is a plus.
- Ability to understand and explain the technical specifications of Nutraceutical ingredients (e.g., formulations, efficacy, certifications).
- Strong market research skills to identify trends and contribute to product design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and handling professional client inquiries via email and phone.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end B2B client interactions (manufacturers, brands, distributors) via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients, including cosmetic brands, distributors, and their R&D teams.
- Process client orders and coordinate seamlessly with internal logistics, supply chain, and accounts teams.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor products, and identify new opportunities in the healthcare industry.
- Use market insights to help design and position ingredients that meet the evolving needs of pharma/ Nutraceutical manufacturers.
