Description:
You'll be our first dedicated BDE focused on UK and EU markets. Your job is simple: build a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects and close deals.
What you'll do:
- High-volume LinkedIn outreach (50-100 connections daily using Sales Navigator)
- Cold email campaigns (50-100 emails daily via Apollo.io and Instantly.ai)
- Cold calling UK and EU decision-makers during their business hours
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand pain points
- Create proposals with founder support
- Manage full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Track everything in HubSpot and share weekly pipeline updates
Who you'll target:
- UK Ecommerce companies (Shopify stores, D2C brands doing £500K-£5M annually)
- EdTech platforms (online course creators, LMS providers)
- Fintech startups (payment tools, accounting software)
What We're Looking For
Must have:
- 2-3 years B2B sales experience in international markets (EU/UK specifically)
- Proven track record selling to UK or European clients remotely
- Expert with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
- Strong HubSpot CRM experience
- Confident cold caller (comfortable dialing UK numbers during GMT hours)
- Excellent written English (your emails must sound native)
- Experience selling SaaS, software development, or tech services
- Self-starter who builds processes, not follows them
- Comfortable working UK business hours (3 PM - 11 PM PKT)
Bonus points:
- Previously sold custom software or agency services
- Worked with UK Ecommerce, EdTech, or Fintech companies
- Built a sales pipeline from zero at an early-stage company
- Familiar with Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, or similar tools
- Native or near-native English communication skills
