We’re looking for an experienced Client Coordinator / Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves client acquisition, project coordination, and business growth — managing every stage from lead generation to successful project delivery.
You’ll serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, client satisfaction, and profitability.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Client Acquisition & Closing
• Engage with potential clients (Upwork/leads/network) to understand requirements and offer proposals.
• Manage discussions, pricing, and negotiations to close deals.
• Build trust, follow up regularly, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with management on budgets and profitability.
Pre-Sales & Proposal Management
• Work with technical/design teams to create accurate proposals and timelines.
• Translate client needs into clear scopes and deliverables.
• Participate in demos and client discussions when required.
Project Coordination & Management
• Oversee projects from closure to handover.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Track milestones, manage updates, and handle scope alignment.
Reporting & Strategy
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and ongoing projects.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports and suggest process improvements.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• 4–7 years of experience in client coordination, sales, or project management (preferably in an IT/software company).
• Proven experience in project locking on freelance platforms (preferably Upwork, excluding Fiverr).
• Prior exposure to AI-based projects as a developer or coordinator is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software delivery, and project workflows.
• Proficiency in tools like Trello, Jira, ClickUp, and Microsoft Teams.

• Proactive, persuasive, and results-driven.
• Confident in handling client expectations and pricing discussions.
• Able to balance technical and business communication effectively.
