Business Development Executive

 

Description:

Markhor Properties is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales (minimum 2+ years) or 3–4 years of overall sales experience in any industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and nurture incoming sales leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to present property investment options.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to optimize sales performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience or 3–4 years of sales experience in a target-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in meeting targets.
