Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing sector
- Engage with HR professionals, hiring managers, and decision-makers through cold calling, emails, and virtual meetings
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Promote Kaya Systems’ recruitment services tailored to U.S.-based companies
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards to source leads and gather market intelligence
- Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in a recruitment agency, HR consulting firm, or staffing company is required
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing needs, and client acquisition in the HR domain
- Proven track record in B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and CRM systems
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently during night shifts
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
