🎓 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM (mandatory).
✅ Minimum 5 years HR experience (Training, L&D, or Consultancy preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of HR practices, OD & leadership development.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
✅ Proactive, target-driven & entrepreneurial mindset.
