The Business Development Executive will focus on client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals. This is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who thrives on outreach, building relationships, and consistently hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet targets.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
- Report on sales activities, progress, and market feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieving monthly/quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
- Conversion rate of qualified leads to successful deals.
- Consistency in client follow-ups, timely proposals, and coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client coordination (digital agency background preferred, but fresh grads with strong skills may apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and client handling.
- Proactive, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
