Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Franchise Division to identify, engage, and close deals with potential investors and entrepreneurs for Pharmacy franchises. The role involves building strong client relationships, presenting compelling business opportunities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential investors interested in pharmacy franchise opportunities
- Present Pharmacy’s franchise model, benefits, and ROI through in-person meetings and presentations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise leads
- Guide potential franchisees through the complete sales cycle, from inquiry to final agreement
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, HR, Operations) for a seamless onboarding process
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote franchise program
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide strategic input to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or high-value B2B sales (preferably in healthcare, pharma, or retail)
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Willingness to travel within Lahore and nearby cities for client meetings
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven
