We’re Hiring – Business Development Executive (Upwork) 🚀
Are you passionate about sales, client acquisition, and digital services?

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with 6–12 months of experience in lead generation and client handling — preferably in IT, graphics, and web services.

📍 Location: Tariq Road, Karachi (Onsite)
🕘 Shift: Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
💼 Compensation: PKR 40,000 – 65,000
⏳ Immediate joiners preferred

🔑 What You’ll Do
Research, identify & connect with clients on Upwork & other platforms
Prepare and send tailored proposals that win projects
Build long-term client relationships
Present our graphics, web design, and development services effectively
Coordinate with the design & development teams for smooth delivery

✅ What We’re Looking For
6–12 months of business development / sales experience (IT, digital, or creative services preferred)
Basic knowledge of graphic design & web development workflows
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn etc.
Willingness to work onsite night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)
