TBox Solutionz SMC Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a Business Development Executive to join its dynamic and growth-focused team in Gulberg III, Lahore. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, target-oriented, and has proven expertise in Upwork bidding and lead generation strategies.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in crafting compelling proposals, managing client relationships, and driving consistent sales through freelance marketplaces and professional platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through bidding platforms like Upwork
Write effective, customized proposals tailored to client needs
Manage and optimize Upwork profile and bidding strategies to ensure high conversion
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and connect with potential clients
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project success
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential markets
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in bidding and client acquisition on Upwork
Solid understanding of proposal writing, sales funnels, and client communications
Prior experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong plus
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
