Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiver etc.

· Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Create and implement strategic business development plans.

· Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

· Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 01 year of Experience in Business Development (Upwork/Fiver/Freelance)

· Proven experience in business development, sales, Upwork/Fiver or a related role.

· Strong understanding of market analysis and business strategy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

· Demonstrated experience in client relationship management.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
