We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in web development sales. The ideal candidate can work remotely or from our Lahore office, and should be confident in closing international and local clients using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and email marketing, as well as converting leads generated by our team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other channels
Follow up on local leads provided by the company and close deals
Prepare and deliver custom proposals and pitches
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and onboarding
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure project success
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain regular reporting
Leverage email marketing tools to support lead generation and follow-ups

Requirements
6 months to 3 years of experience in business development, tech sales, or freelance platform sales
Understanding of web development technologies (WordPress, Shopify, React, etc.)
Experience with Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and close both international and local clients
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
