Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT sales and lead generation for the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services (Software Development, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.) and a proven track record of acquiring clients in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market (B2B).
Research and target potential clients (Startups, SMEs, Enterprises).
Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, Email, and Calls.
Understand client requirements and pitch IT services (Custom Software, Web/Mobile Apps, AI/ML, etc.).
Manage the sales pipeline and close deals.
Collaborate with technical teams to align proposals with client needs.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT Sales (USA market preferred).
Strong knowledge of IT services (Software Development, Cloud, Digital Transformation, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Fluent English).
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and lead generation platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
