Business Development Executive

Description:

Softec International is looking for a highly experienced Upwork Bidder to join our on-site team in Karachi. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Upwork platform inside out and can independently bid, communicate, and close international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Bid daily on relevant projects on Upwork
• Write tailored proposals for different client requirements
• Communicate professionally with international clients
• Independently manage leads and close deals
• Ensure targets are met with quality clients

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of solid experience specifically in Upwork bidding
• Proven track record of independently closing deals
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
• Strong understanding of IT services and client needs
• Comfortable with night shift and working on-site
