As a Business Development Executive, your core role will involve identifying potential leads, initiating outreach through calls and emails, presenting our services persuasively, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a key role in our company’s growth and client expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential clients in international markets

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients

• Understand client requirements and offer tailored service solutions

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies

• Maintain accurate logs of communication and progress in CRM systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, telesales, or BPO (fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills are welcome)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities

• Comfortable working night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

• A driven attitude with a hunger for success and commissions
