Business Development Executive

Auz Solutions is actively seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong command of the Upwork freelancing platform, are adept at identifying new business opportunities, and can craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements in the Design & Development domain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients through Upwork, maintaining long-term relationships, and achieving assigned targets. Applicants should have a deep understanding of digital design and software development services, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Candidates must be self-motivated, strategic in their approach, and capable of handling the night shift comfortably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on potential projects on Upwork in design and development categories

• Write customized proposals tailored to each client's needs and project requirements

• Maintain communication with prospects, respond to queries, and schedule meetings if needed

• Convert prospects into long-term clients by showcasing the company’s expertise and solutions

• Work in alignment with business development goals and monthly targets

• Maintain reporting and documentation of bids, responses, conversions, and client feedback

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience working as an Upwork bidder or in a similar freelance platform-based business development role

• Sound understanding of the services related to design and development

• Ability to work night shifts and in a remote environment

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Karachi-based applicants are preferred
