They are looking for energetic, articulate, and driven Business Developers to play a vital role in growing the organization’s client base and driving international business success. As a Business Developer, you’ll be at the front lines of client interaction, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the entire sales funnel — from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and other sales channels

• Communicate effectively with potential clients and maintain consistent follow-ups

• Assist in preparing customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs

• Collaborate with internal marketing and development teams to develop competitive solutions

• Monitor and track market trends, identifying gaps and growth opportunities

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with professionalism and trust

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity with freelancing and sales platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn is a big plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow

• A confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Working Schedule:

• Evening Shift, Monday to Saturday

• Onsite position in Gulberg III, Lahore
